Warrington’s beloved Proms in the Square returns to Time Square on Sunday, June 1st, running from 12 noon to 9pm, with a full day of free, family-friendly live music and entertainment to mark the grand finale of Warrington Music Month.
Now in its third year, the event has become a firm favourite in the town’s cultural calendar, bringing together local talent, national performers, and the wider community for a celebration like no other.
This year’s programme features a diverse mix of acts, from the genre-bending brass band Twisted Tubes to the orchestral brilliance of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Wind Quintet, alongside uplifting sets from Rock Choir Warrington, West End tribute vocal duo Wickeder, and headline favourites The Untold Orchestra, with their powerful “Icons” set to close the night.
Attendees can also enjoy performances from Warrington Brass Band, Katumba, Sarah Waters, Sarah Rodier, and pupils from Great Sankey High School, with a FULL SCHEDULE AVAILABLE HERE.
Food and drink will be available throughout the day from local vendors, with extended hours at Warrington Market Bars and a Pink Leaf pop-up bar on the terrace. Plus, with free Sunday parking across the town centre, it’s never been easier to join in the fun.
Supported by Warrington Borough Council and funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, Proms in the Square continues to shine as one of Warrington’s most exciting and inclusive cultural events.
