Batido Rio

Batida Rio are a samba drumming and carnival group based in Warrington. Their music is a fusion of Afro-Brazilian samba reggae styles, mixed with Latin, funk, rock and dance to create their own unique and exciting sound.
They will be joined by community members in Time Square on Saturday 26th July at 5:45pm displaying their giant, colourful batik flags that they have been creating in Batido Rio’s Silk Stories project.

This event is part of Warrington Arts Festival, running from Friday 18th July to Saturday 26th July, promising to be largescale with standout events and performances across the whole of Warrington.
