
Every Saturday at 11:30am, the Wolves Foundation Flow class offers a slower-paced, fundamentals-focused session, ideal for those new to yoga or anyone wanting to explore a steadier tempo. The class, structured like Hotpod Flow with more explanation, serves as a great stepping stone for building a yoga practice.
The primary aim of the class is to make the benefits of hot yoga accessible to as many people in Warrington as possible, while also supporting the incredible work of the Warrington Wolves Foundation in the local community. While the class is free to book, donations are encouraged to support the Foundation’s initiatives.
Participants are welcome to give what they can afford each week—whether it’s £5 or more, every contribution helps. You don’t need to be a Hotpod member to join—simply grab a Wolves Foundation Flow Pass and book up to 5 classes. This ensures the space remains available to as many people as possible.
